Halal Internship
Job Description
1. Help prepare and organize documents for Halal certification and renewal.
2. Assist the Halal Executive in keeping our processes aligned with JAKIM Halal standards and internal SOPs.
3. Collect and prepare documentation and reports related to Halal matters.
4. Assist the Halal team on-site branches during audits.
5. Conduct basic research on Halal requirements, raw materials, and suppliers.
6. Update and file records related to production, ingredients, and suppliers.
7. Assist with daily production tasks and scheduling.
8. Assist in quality checks and report any issues found.
Job Requirements:
a;s degree in Food Science, Halal Management, Islamic Studies, or related fields.
b) For internship students, must be willing to travel with the Halal team when necessary.
