The Role

✅ To assist with the administrative process was done in order, for the submission and reporting to the agencies or ministries

Key Responsibilities

✅ Report to management and responsible for performing admin duties
✅ Liaise and coordinate with government departments and other organisations to track applications to completion
✅ Coordinate with HRD Corp and relevant ministries and adhere to the rules and regulations
✅ Assist in document handling in project management
✅ Liaise with the candidates for their onboarding and graduation process

Skills and Qualification of an Ideal Candidate:

✅ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant past working experience in the related field is a plus
✅ Candidate with past experience in inventory management & project management is a plus
✅ Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
✅ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
✅ Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint, and IT-savvy
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
✅ Take the initiative to be resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive team player
✅ Being passionate about people. You enjoy meeting and discovering diverse types of people and also work hard towards fostering a strong professional relationship with your customers and candidates
