- Manage the assigned commercial portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and team
- Continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the
customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
- Acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
- Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
- Comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
- Collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including but
not limited to:
- Cash Management Solutions
- A recognized degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience in banking industry
- A minimum of 5 year of credit and marketing experience in commercial banking business loans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a strong inclination towards a sales-driven culture
- Results driven with strong commitment to achieve sales target set by bank
- Possess own transport
