Job Description

Summary of Job Functions:

  • Take ownership of all projects / accounts assigned; manage multiple projects with the ability to
    switch from one to the other seamlessly
  • Develop creative, human-centered content and strategies that are forward-thinking and in-line with
    current media trends
  • Employ and refine knowledge re: UI/UX considerations and best practices
  • Plan and develop wireframes, personas, journey maps, and more
  • Produce (and guide juniors in the production of) strong, original copy and create content for a wide range of deliverables
  • Develop and maintain messaging styles that are in line with brief / client requirements
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in all communications – adhering to the client’s established brand values and tone of voice across all campaigns and projects
  • Proofread and edit all content and copy under your responsibility; ensure that juniors do the same
  • Take briefs and work closely with your project lead and peers to deliver creative and compelling ideas, content, and/or solutions
  • Maintain an interest in popular culture and keep an eye on competitor activities
  • Stay up-to-date with tech and digital advertising trends and best practices


  • Concept Development:
    o Take briefs, digest requirements and help identify appropriate solutions (project-scoping)
    o Develop and/or contribute to the development of strategic ideas – based on client
    requirements, personal research, and input from project / team members
    o Plan, organise, and structure content for websites, apps, etc.
    o Sharpen conceptualisation skills through constant discussions and ideation sessions
    o Provide input and assist with deck-writing and business pitches to win new clients and projects
  • Content Development:
    o Extrapolate coherent and optimised content from raw data or incomplete info
    o Develop and/or assist in the development of information architectures, personas, journey maps, and content wireframes
    o Propose and develop effective content / copy directions
    o Cultivate and maintain a basic understanding of websites, web development trends, social media platforms, and technology in general
    o Revise content / copy direction based on feedback
  • Copywriting:
    o Essential – good grammar, a natural flair for writing and keen attention to detail
    o Write strong, concise copy with consistent tone and manner
    o Work closely with design team to ensure that copy and design come together seamlessly

Job Description

  • Develop and propose new house styles as per requirements for new projects
  • Copy / Content Project Management:
    o Proactively manage all assigned tasks and projects from concept through completion
    o Ensure prompt delivery of all content and copy under your responsibility
    o Attend meetings (internal and external briefings, ideations, discussions, etc.) as and when required
  • Miscellaneous:
    o Assist in web and mobile app QA & UAT testing as and when required

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/ Degree graduates in Language school or equivalent.
  • Good to have related working experiences/ experience in a digital agency or tech-based environment.
  • Non-diploma holders with 1–2 years of writing experience may also apply (portfolio / writing
    samples required)
  • Students may apply as fulfilment of industrial attachment / internship (min. 3 months)


  • Able to write accurate, clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
  • Able to convert complex messages into easily understandable copy
  • Creative and imaginative; strong will to learn and curious about client products / services
  • Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
  • Proactive and meticulous with a positive attitude
  • Adept in MS Office Suites (especially Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
