Manpower section:

This position is for those who like to meet people, has the ability to read a person like a book and recommend the best to join our force. You will manage manpower requirements from various departments and your tasks include organising recruitment drives, manpower monitoring and administration, promotion, transfer, resignation and retirement processes, among other assignments. You are also required to take the lead in promoting, liaising as well as being the spokesperson in raising awareness on the Company’s brand through Career Fairs / Talks.

Qualification / Competency

  • Posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or its equivalent
  • Preferably with 2 years experience in HR Field
  • Display maturity and commands respect
  • Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialects would be an added advantage
  • Willing and able to to drive for outstation recruitment
  • Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided
