•Responsible for managing the Maybank2u web and mobile app from a content / aesthetic and user experience point of view.
•Ability to analyze performance via analytical tools to understand user and their technological behavior on Maybank2u.
•Constantly updated with new and creative methods in the areas of communication methodologies in order to achieve desired project outcomes.
•Able to identify and execute creative compelling content, features, and online tools that support the website strategy.
•Development of website design and scripts to enable greater capabilities on Maybank2u.
•Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends in consumer interaction with digital technology and inspire the organization with those possibilities.
• Provide design solutions and product direction together with product team through storyboards, mockups, wireframes, prototypes and specifications.
•Possess Bachelor’s Degree, disciplines in related field of web and graphic design, web development, user interface & user experience.
•Strong sense of urgency, a very good planner and able to perform work under pressure.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick analytical thinking.
•A problem solver, meticulous and capable to multi-task in handling multiple issues and challenges at a time.
•Has an inquisitive mind to learn, very keen to share knowledge and passionate in process improvement.
