1. Measure daily production performance to make sure meet target and find solutions and root cause.
2. Communicate with HQ & SCM team for raw material planning, manage line loading according to WIP & bottleneck process
3. Make long term capacity & material planning and propose bottleneck process new investment for management decision making
4. Communicate with HQ , OM, SCM team for customer order & shipment delivery
5. Liaise with production, quality & technology team for issue occurred in each process
6. Set priority & planning for each process to make sure overall line stabilization and ease bottlneck WIP
7. Lead and actively participate in improvement project regarding each process WIP, leadtime & capacity
8. Set & monitor monthly target & capacity for each process.
9. Conduct daily meeting to improve inter department communication for manufacturing effectiveness.
10. Manage ERP, MES manufacturing system & prepare yield, output and other production analysis report for management view
11. Complete any task given by superior or any management representative as and when required.
