Job Description

You will fit in perfectly if you can:-

Perform complex technical and administrative task relative to specific discipline i.e. process control valve and instrumentation system;
Ensure that asset or project discipline engineering activities are executed within budget and schedule, while maintaining technical integrity;
Carry out field instrumentation calibration, troubleshooting and services such as pressure, temperature, flow, level , and perform control valve , on/off valve testing, refurbish etc. in house and at customers site;
Estimate and execute instrument and valve engineering activities (Concept, Front End Engineering Development, Technical Study and Detailed Design);
Achieve Safety standards as defined in service contract;
Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and system with a view to continuously improving systems and team performance;
Carry out work in accordance with project health, safety, environmental and quality system;
Maintain the required technical quality of work;
Monitor and confirm documentation of installation and start-up of control and instrumentation systems as specialized in-service contract documents;
Provides recommendation on all valve , instrumentation and control to assure a functionality;
Perform verification equipment setting alignments and testing or review instrumentation calibration and valve seat and shell test;
Prepare diagnostic reports on instrument with problems and provide proper recommendation;
Prepare Service Summary Report and Calibration Report monthly;
Senior Services Engineer shall act as a mentor and coach for newly-joined engineers; AND
Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time.
We would appreciate it if you:-

Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering field (Electrical/mechanical/electronics) or higher.
Have at least 2 years of experience in project/task related to automation/PLC/I&C
Familiar with Siemens or Allen Bradley PLC will be advantageous.
Able to travel and work onshore and offshore sites.
Good communication skills, familiar with engineering documents, P&ID, loop drawing & panel drawings.
Good at Microsoft word, excel and good with Autocad will be advantageous.
Fresh grad is welcomed to apply.
Experience in valve and instrumentation servicing is prioritized.
