Responsible for the full spectrum of the recruitment function.
- To perform effective sourcing to identify both active and passive talent for current vacancies and to pipeline the talent pool for future business needs.
- To manage and follow through the recruitment process from interview arrangement till the on-boarding process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- To organise and conduct new hire orientation and induction program. To improve the on-boarding program/experience from time to time.
- To build and maintain strong relationship and maintain good communication with all parties – Hiring Managers and Candidates.
- To understand and identify the job requirements with respective hiring managers and to provide professional advice on recruitment related activities.
- To track and analyse recruitment data.
- To participate, organise and support employer branding or talent acquisition initiatives (i.e. career fair, career talk at university, internship etc.).
