Act as the vital link between candidates and customers. Bringing positive experience is at the heart of your approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our hiring partners to get a clear understanding of their strategic, financial objectives, hiring requirements, work culture, and environment.
  • Pre-screen candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience, and knowledge to fit position requirements.
  • Work with candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
  • Manage and track a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
  • Provide consultative guidance and process improvement opportunities to hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal HR & Recruitment team and suppliers ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Take the initiative to be resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive team player.
  • Being passionate about people. You enjoy meeting and discovering diverse types of people and also work hard towards fostering a strong professional relationship with your customers and candidates.
  • You’re committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
  • You have a solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc).
  • Previous extensive agency / in-house recruitment experience is a plus.
