Job Description:
- Perform outbound telephone dunning of delinquent accounts and negotiate with borrower for acceptable repayment plans.
- Negotiate, persuade and convince customer to pay i.e. quick thinker and versatile by proposing solutions to customers.

Requirements:
- Language required: Posses fluent Mandarin verbal and conversational English verbal written & comprehension skills.
- Minimum Diploma in with 1 year experience in collections / credit recovery.
- Individuals with collections & credit recovery experience (Telco, retails, etc) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in banking & financial institution will be added advantage
- Candidate must be able to work in Kelana Jaya, PJ
