Job Responsibilities
- To grow the SME portfolio via new business acquisition with the objective of meeting personal and DSME team targets.
- To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
- To process Digital SME loan applications.
- To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
- To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
Job Requirement
- Basic understanding of financial accounts
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Proficient selling & negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Degree/ Diploma in any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Resourceful and result-oriented
