Job Description

  1.  Provide excellent sales & customer services in ARTIVO branches to achieve sales targets
  2.  Handle inquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in a professional manner
  3. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and provide them with the latest information
  4.  Reply Facebook enquires
  5. Participate in trade fairs, promotion fairs, exhibition, and other center activities
  6. Responsible for terms and conditions explaination and contract signing
  7. Responsible for customer timely payment
  8. Perform after-sales improvement
  9.  Identify and study the market potential for new and existing products
  10.  Strive the best to improve sales and achieve KPI
  11.  Prepare sales report & analysis, and present your findings to the Management
  12.  Conduct market and competitive advantage research and provide the information to the Management
  13.  Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
  14.  Willing to travel within Malaysia or overseas (International Trade Fair) if necessary
  15.  Location: Klang Valley
