Custom Service Executive

Curio Pack Sdn Bhd is among the leading exhibition freight forwarders and mover in the Asia Pacific region and has successfully undertaken key assignments for some of the biggest international exhibitions. In line with our growth strategy, we are seeking outstanding individuals to join us as a Project and Sales Executive

What you need for this role:

·        Monitor, coordinate & arrange freight shipments for exhibitions & events.

·        Conducting in-house telesales, follow up sales leads and generate new leads to promote logistics services for the exhibition.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Ability to deal with diverse types of people.

·        Candidate able to communicate in Mandarin as this candidate will be engaging with stakeholders and suppliers

Requirements :

·        Ability to multi-task, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

·        Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.

·        Onsite Attendance required onsite (warehouse and exhibition hall) during the event period.

·        Work closely with the company’s in-house team for logistics business enquiries/quotations to business prospects

·        Possess own transport.
