Job Descriptions:

1. To generate new business and exceed sales expectations for company solutions in Malaysia whilst retaining all existing customers and businesses.
2. Expand market share for company product portfolio business in related segments.
3. Manage and motivate dealers to achieve sales targets daily.
4. Frequent communication with internal and management team to receive new company policy and up-to-date info in order to support regional sales business.
5. Develop, plan, execute, and monitor retail and sales strategies for the product lifecycle and be fully accountable for executing winning tactics and action plans to achieve sales.
6. Device store management: Plan, build and manage key stores, including strategies and war maps, SI standards and implementation, store planning and construction, operation management, process indicator supervision, display experience design and execution, and related expense management.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a unique understanding and experience in retail and sales management.
• High-performing in business administration and engineering majors who are interested in electric device products are also welcome.
• Must have passion and exceptional communication skills.
• Must be a good team player.
• Must be quick to understand new concepts and have a logical frame of mind.
• Must have a sense of responsibility and be willing to be held accountable.
