Job Description

  To promote various type of life-insurance products by Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd under the exclusive Bancassurance Partnership between RHB Bank and Tokio Marine
  To professionally sell a wide range of banca products to existing and prospective customers
  To achieve sales/revenue target assigned by the Bank and contribute towards the achievement of the overall branch targets
  To maintain regular contacts with customers to develop relationship for higher share of customers’ wallet
  Participate in branch/region/Bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables
  Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plan, cross selling, up selling and engagement with customers for retention and referral

Sales Planning & Activities
•  Promote, introduce and market a range of Tokio Marine’s life-insurance products to Bank’s customer (including Whole Life Plan, Endowment Plan, Medical Plan and Investment Linked Plan)
•  To perform needs based selling by understanding customer’s financial goal, protection need, saving, education, medical and retirement saving
•  Brief and ensure customers understand the insurance plan features, charges and prepare quotations and explanation of product disclosure
•  Assist customers in handling premium payment, policy enquiry, policy servicing and claims related matters
•  Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads
•  Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
•  Plan and identify cross selling/up selling to increase customers’ PHR and revenue
•  Set appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customers

Sales Management
•  Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals
•  Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns
•  Comply with CPD hours and to ensure completion rate of CFF forms
•  Compliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics
