Job Description:
- Review seller, business and product information, short videos, and livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
- Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process report.
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
- Collaborate with other functions of the E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team’s goal
Requirements:
- Language required: English & Mandarin (read, speak & write)
- Must be able to work remotely in Sabah / Sarawak
- Flexible to work on shift rotation including night shift, weekends and public holidays
- Open for fresh graduate to apply
