Requirements

• Excellent customer service mindset with the strong passion to serve SME accounts
• Dynamic, adaptable and self-motivated to serve existing corporate clients & referrals
• Candidate must qualified at least SPM
• Discipline and have high commitment
• Can communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Responsibility

• Communicate with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
• Prospect and sell products to customers via Benefit
• Liaise with customers on pre and post sales
• Engage and interact with customer face to face
• Focus on customer-relationship
• Assist customer in choosing financial plan
